Amelia's work has appeared on both local and national levels.  She contributes to the Chicago Tribune's Good Eating section as well as Metromix, a daily print tabloid and website published by the Chicago Tribune.  Amelia is also the dining writer for Chicago Life magazine, a supplemental insert to the New York Times Sunday paper distributed throughout the Chicago area.

In addition, Amelia regularly contributes food and dining articles to such websites and e-newsletters as Citysearch, Daily Candy, and julib.com.  She has also contributed to Chicagoist, a blog covering local politics, culture and the arts published by Gothamist LLC as well as Windy City Sports, DiningOut, and Health magazine. 

Non bylined work includes writing trend reports for a Chicago-based foodservice consulting and research firm.
